C. Frank Figliuzzi, Special Agent in Charge of the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation( FBI ), for the Northern District of Ohio, announced the arrest of Allen Gundic, age 54, of Cleveland, Ohio on April 16, 2007.    Gundic was arrested  on one count of Federal Bank Robbery.  This charge stems from the Charter One Bank robbery at 4221 Pearl Road, Cleveland, Ohio on April 2, 2007.  Gundic  was arrested by officers of the Cleveland Police Department's  Second District.

Gundic will appear today in United States District Court, Cleveland, Ohio for his initial appearance on this charge.
