C. Frank Figliuzzi, Special Agent in Charge of the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI), for the Northern District of Ohio, announced the arrests of Joshua A. Duncan, age 21, of Lakewood, Ohio; and Kimberly Duncan, age 19, also of Lakewood, Ohio, on July 12, 2007.

Joshua Duncan is charged with Bank Robbery, Armed Bank Robbery and Using a firearm in the commission of an Armed Bank Robbery. These charges are the result of a investigation conducted by the Cleveland Division of Police, Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department, and the Cleveland FBI into the May 7, 2007 and July 3, 2007 bank robberies of the Key Bank, 13681 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.

Kimberly Duncan has been charged with Aid and Abet Armed Bank Robbery. Duncan was a teller for the Key Bank, 13681 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, during the July 7, 2007 armed bank robbery.
Kimberly and Joshua Duncan will appear today in United States District Court, Cleveland, Ohio for their initial appearances on these charges.
