C. Frank Figliuzzi, Special Agent in Charge of the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI), for the Northern District of Ohio, announced the arrest of Dennis Moore, age 50, of Cleveland, Ohio on March 29, 2007. Moore is charged with one count of Federal Bank Robbery in the robbery of the US Bank, 2132 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio on March 28, 2007. A charge is also pending in the robbery of the National City Bank, 5188 Pearl Road, Cleveland, Ohio on March 24, 2007.

The investigation resulting in Moore's arrest was conducted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department, Cleveland Division of Police, and the Cleveland Office of the FBI.

Moore will appear today in United States District Court, Cleveland, Ohio for his initial appearance on this charge.
