Organized Crime
The Organized Crime Program of the Cleveland Division is responsible for investigating the
activities of Organized Crime in five areas:
- La Cosa Nostra (LCN)
- Eurasian Organized Crime
- Asian Criminal Enterprise
- African Organized Crime
- Labor Racketeering
The Special Agents who investigate the activities of these criminal
groups us a wide range of investigative techniques, but emphasize the use of undercover
operations, informants, and the gathering of evidence through court-authorized electronic
surveillance.
