The FBI
National Academy, founded in 1935, was established to provide
college-level training to mid-level state, local , and foreign police
officers. Each 10 week session consist of comprehensive accredited
courses in subjects such as management science, behavioral science,
law, communications, forensic science and health/fitness. Emphasis
is placed on the leadership and management skills of experienced
mid-level and executive level law enforcement officers.
The FBI National Academy is located in the same facility as the FBI Academy.
